Yi-Ting Chang
2025 Fellowship Team Lead
Yi-Ting is a DPhil student in the School of Geography and the Environment, Oxford. She is a political geographer who investigates the outer space geopolitics in East Asia, using Taiwan as a case study. Her research focuses on export controls of dual-use technology, set by the US, and their political and regional implications in Taiwan's space missions. As an OCPL fellow, she explores how different countries in East Asia react to and form alternative alliances in space technology development in response to the US export controls in space technology. She has previously served as a residential researcher at the Taiwan Space Agency (TASA) and is currently an Associate Lecturer at Birkbeck, University of London.
