Tiffany Chan

2025 Fellow

Tiffany is a current OCPL fellow, researching international economic law, trade/investment disputes and arbitration, and geopolitical/geoeconomic risk and mitigation. She is currently involved as a research assistant with the Oxford Global Society, a Future Leader in Law at Harvard Law School, and the Global Leadership Initiative with the Oxford Character Project. She previously worked at her state’s budget and planning office as a research analyst, Goldman Sachs as a financial crimes analyst, and at a US regional social impact firm as an impact strategy student consultant. She is native-proficient in Fujianese (dialect of Mandarin) and has working proficiency in Mandarin. She graduated with two Honors Bachelors degrees in political science and economics and is a 2nd year MPhil International Relations student at St Hugh’s.
