OCPL and Beijing to Britain jointly submitted written evidence arguing that the UK must increase Mandarin language capabilities, improve coordination and capacity to handle complex UK-China strategy, more thoroughly implement existing policies, and centralise efforts using a cross-departmental ‘China House’.
