Kayla presented research on China's self-representation as an AI leader on Twitter as part of the panel "Power, Order and Technological Change: Decoding Digital Doctrines of Key Digital Powers." She also chaired and served as a discussant on several panels exploring topics such as shifting relationalities in global diplomacy, digital sovereignty and governance, and authoritarian strategies in managing global health crises.
